Very friendly and easy to get to. Great place
Mitzi PMy confirmed reservation made a week in advance was for a 15’ truck. When I arrived that equipment was not available. U-Haul was able to provide at 10’ truck from the same location, which is why I gave a 2 star rating vs 1. I would not recommend U-Haul to others as the lack of confirmed equipment seems to be a recurring theme.
Cynthia ZDave was amazing. He was pleasant, smiley, kind, efficient and just overall awesome! He made our otherwise negative (due to our own circumstances) moving experience awful. Thank you for the smiles!!!
THERESA VHad troubles reaching the internet with my phone which made it take longer to do the online check in. I expected the truck to have a full tank of gas and it only had 1/4 tank of gas.
