Only issue is they changed our pick up place and it was 30 miles away and it made it difficult for us to pick up in time
brandy mNo signs for U-Haul or drop off. The receptionist thought we would be credited $40/day early drop off by telephone, equaling $80 for same day vs 3 day one way travel. We called next day and we’re told that doesn’t happen! I rushed to get the truck there by 5:25 due to office closing at 5:30!!! If I had gotten a speeding ticket after the phone call U-Haul would be paying it!!
