1)No drop box to drop off keys. The one that is currently there is broken and poses huge liability if keys gets stolen or lost .. 2)The 10 foot truck doesn't come with ramp and the front desk doesn't ask for options or discloses the fact.

Fuel indication mark was off by 1/8. It should've been 5/8 instead it was marked at 3/4. He said, he made a note to the receiving agent. However, I never saw the email.

When we booked the vehicle we ordered for the equipment dolly and half dozen mattress. When opened the back door it was not there and we informed the same to you from the same location before taking the vehicle. They assured they will give a credit. But now you have charged for the $15 more. Appreciate if you give a credit immediately and keep me informed through an email at the earliest. Your immediate response is solicited. The self-service interface for pickup and return took much longer than expected. Also, it was not clear where I needed to return the key. I spent 20 minutes on hold with U Haul just waiting for someone to confirm which number dropbox I was supposed to leave the key in. I thought self service would be quicker, but everything took much longer.

Loved that this location is not on a super busy street! It was so easy to get in and out of the parking lot with the truck!



They were friendly and I was waited on in a timely action. I did have a problem with how they read the gas gage. Seemed their eyes look to your disadvantage both time. First that is was less full at the start and again less full when returned. This caused me to be charged 1.7 gallons of gas at $4/gal. for 8.7 miles of usage. I went to them to complain and they could not help resolve the problem. I had to call Uhual directly. I did and they decide to remove all gas charges due to the problems I had with dealing this the storage site. THANKS YOU

Overall, I was quite impressed. It was a great deal to be able to rent for 12 hour period for $19.95. I believe my total cost with adding gas mileage and environmental fee to be less than $30. The agent was helpful. The only recommendation is that they fix the driver visor. I plan to use uhaul services again.

Not a comment about an improvement but I rented the truck for only three hours, paid 19.95 for rental charge and drove the truck for 22 miles. I even filled the fuel worth $10 and it was more than what it was indicating when I rented it. I didn't take the insurance and I left the truck at the same place safely. But they charged me 50.65 for that. Based on my calculations, it should be only 19.95 + (22 * 1.19) = 46.13 I wonder why they charged 4.52 extra.



I used on-line to make my reservation. I indicated an 11 a.m. pick up, and keeping the truck for 24 hrs. I got there around 12:30 p.m., and they had canceled my reservation, which they had down for 10 a.m. I could not keep the truck for 24 hrs, because they needed it by 10 the next morning. They did try to call me before canceling my reservation, but I had forgot my phone. However, I had already talked with one of the guys at the location and told him I was coming. So....less than impressed. Also, they were not supposed to charge me for a dolly, it wasn't in the truck. They charged me anyway. Still less than impressed. But overall my needs were met.
