what's worse then renting a sweaty sticky uhaul truck, is renting on that the A/C does not work, sitting in traffic adding more sweat to the seats, when i returned it, i spoke with a lady about it who stated shes does not deal with Uhaul and the manager was in the back(she had left without informing him), another employee came in and asked about the truck I explained the A/C was not working and he said he will close out the ticket, still no manager or anyone left, so I left. no one cares, there should be a discounted or refund portion on my money, I will not be back

Disaster experience, first auto transporter was going to be out of West dundee IL location. 2 of 4 tires were bald. Not a acceptable for.a cross trip

stephanie H.Not the location. The man was not very friendly. I told them there was a problem and someone else on customer service was going to help us. He was just independent himself, did not care much and was only looking out for his location business. Jocelyn from the Crystal Lake Illinois office in Crystal Lake was very helpful, helped me through the problems, and refunded me for a system error. No follow up or nothing from the man at the Carpendersville location.
