This location is hidden behind other businesses and looks like you are driving through a junk yard of abandoned FedEx trucks. The phone number provided for this location on the Uhaul paperwork and website is disconnected. The entrance was locked, and no one was around during normal business hours for drop off. I tried calling the number on the door, and no one answered or returned the message that I left requesting assistance with equipment return. Very poor experience.

We had booked a 15' Uhaul from this location and the day prior Uhaul sent an email saying we had to go to a different location which we did not get the notification till last minute. We ended up getting a 10' from the original location which caused us to make two trips instead of one which cost more in mileage. We even booked a week ahead of time which is what was frustrating. I feel if you book something ahead of time then it should be there and you shouldn't have to try to find it from a different location. It was an unpleasant experience. Bill from Wolfe Brothers Diesel was nice, but didn't bother to give any discount for our inconvenience.
