Theresa BI ordered blankets but they didn’t have any.
GENE LI had no issues with the location itself. They were great and willing to work with me. However UHAUL itself needs a better system. If I had not have called them, I wouldn’t have known they were closed on New Year’s Day, or that they did NOT use mobile pickup. Yet, booking an online still allowed me to book tagt day and for mobile pick up. I would have showed up and left empty handed had I not have thought to call.
