I needed an open trailer to p/u an ATV. I thought I needed a smaller trailer than the one the employee suggested. It was a little more $$ than I wanted to spend BUT I'M GLAD I WENT BIGGER AND APPRECIATE THE EXPERT ADVISE. This U-HAUL has very knowledgable employees especially Killian Alexander. This gal is a huge asset to this business! The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars is because I usually have to wait inline at the register. Overall this was a great experience.

I felt bad for Killian as she was solo for a while and did a great job of handling all the customers who came in to do business. My brother and I had a good experience... but, she spent so long taking csre of us, others had to wait a long time. Returning was easy as well! Thank you uhaul... successful mission today!

The kid that helped me out was so slow, deleted my credit card informationnthat I had pre signed up. Couldn't form a sentence then couldn't get his information straight. It was hard sitting in at I comely trying to get on and get out. I had called ahead scheduled my pick up and given all of my informations payment and vehicles etc.. then he went through and started a completely new one. I was not impressed. Took way to long and the fact that he didn't understand computer and client j formation basics killed me.

The guy I dealt with here told me the person who texted me the truck lied. He said these trucks won't ever see 12 miles to the gallon and that they were wrong to tell me that and said I should take it up with corporate and get my money back

I had to drive 20 miles to drop off the truck in Carson City which caused me additional mileage expense and time.. There appeared to be 2 local U Haul stores in Minden/Gardnerville. I should have been able to use one of these locations.

Attention Corporate: Carson City location employees Excellent! However, every other experiences absolutely the worst! Just look inato my accounts since October 2017, endless mistakes, endless non-confirmations when promised by call center, again and again, just look at my complete record. You folks claim to monitor customer/ call center (phoenix) interaction, sounds like just a bunch of lip service, passing the buck...Uhaul does not pay attention to how poorly the customer experience truly is, and how completely inconsistent the call centers operators handle things. I had wrong equipment selected, wrong storage size booked in wrong location,endless promises the Locations in Carson & Redwood city never reached back out, as promised by call center & customer service agents when messages were forwarded on to locations, never once did either location respond leaving me high and dry. Please pass this on to corporate, have them investigate my case, it will be very enlightning! Everything trickles up to the head of customer service, and then onto Corporate and reflects on these individuals who apparently don't give a damn! Why not higher me as a consultant/ trainer. I will travel the country with a Uhaul branded clean vehicle RV, and get things onboard with the new mellinium opproach to your industry. We rented a truck for 24 hours and they wanted it back hours earlier than that because they rented it to someone else. We returned the truck by the earlier time but weren't happy about it.

When the vehicle being rented is late due to the previous customer, the rental time should begin once the new customer is handed the keys. The van I rented was late being returned, and our four hour rental time still began at the time we were originally scheduled to pick it up.

Check in was pretty fast and simple...Drop off was another matter altogether...after parking the truck, going in, waiting in line for 10 minutes I was told I had to wait in the vehicle. So, I went back outside and waited over 20 minutes, because there was ONE attendant helping 4 people hook up trailers. When someone arrived, first thing the person did was light up a cigarette in front of me and check me out on a personal cell phone. U-haul should provide an ipad or something that looks like it is a business transaction. Hire more people.

There was something wrong with the trailer - wheel bearing, brakes, etc. - as it shook the whole tow vehicle at anything over about 40 mph. I stopped at a U-haul location in Bishop - about halfway - and the owner told me there was nothing he could do. This trailer definitely needs to be pulled from service and overhauled. It will cause unhappy customers for you wherever it goes.

Customer service was lacking, was told to move truck to another location in the lot instead of where I parked. No signage indicating drop off area in lot. My $35 credit was not issued for delivering the truck and trailer long distance. Probably would not rent from u-haul again if I had a choice.

Get your scheduling togeather. Clean your trucks correctly. I'm a n auto detailer. I mean I dont expect perfect but remove bugs from the windshield, clean inside winsows, quick vacum, and quick wipe down on interior. Takes 15min. Done! Ready for next use. Not impressed with maintance on cleaness.

I had to wait an entire day for two U-Haul's. The small U-Haul overheated all the way. The Carson City pick up took one U-Haul How to storage to drive 1900 miles. I was very disappointed

Well I just wish that the hand truck was in the truck when I rented it, I had to load it up without it the first load. Then come back to the Uhal to get one to finish moving, I thought I should of gotten some sort of discount for my troubles.
