Reservation was made for the carson city location. The night before pick up i was informed it was moved to moundhouse. When I arrived the address provided was a filthy industrial warehouse. I knocked on the door with no answer. I opened the door to the warehouse and wondered around for several minutes before I found a gentleman in the back who was working on an old set of car brakes. He told me the lady that runs the uhaul portion was "around here somewhere" after approximately 10 minutes of standing around the filthy warehouse the "uhaul lady" appeared out of the back. She stood there smoking a cigarette inside and ignored me completely even after explaining i was there to pick up a trailer. She finally acknowledged me and walked me to the rental unit. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. NEVER AGAIN will I rent a uhaul. Highly dont recommend this place.

Unfortunately, this location was very confusing. U-Haul was not ready on time (had to wait approximately 30-40 minutes), it was semi-cleaned (a lot of food crumbs and dirt on the floor), and it smelled like someone had smoked in it. I told the lady who was setting up the U-Haul that I was ready to report it, but I'm not sure if that took place or not.
Juraj SI asked for pickup in Carson city with a live counter person. This was not what I got. I had to drive out of my way and there was nobody on the premises. I would like to speak to someone about this poor experience.
Linda CIn the middle of an industrial area with dead vegetation everywhere. No instructions for lock box code - Turns out the key was in an unlocked box. Don’t like doing all the work - taking pictures, mileage, checking in and out in the dirt with 90+ heat. Not a great location. Customer service agent, Lucy, made the transaction less stressful but I still don’t appreciate the work that goes into renting a UHaul. Good thing I don’t move often.
