Uhaul has NOT set Super 8 up with a lock box to accommodate 'Mobile pickup'.. YET when I made the reservation for 8am ON the Uhaul app...Uhaul 'sold' that 'Mobile pickup' was available at this location, BUT, I wasnt able to get the truck until 9:20a. This costed me an extra $100 for movers I hired. I don't fault the location, but I DO fault Uhaul.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkHad to wait for 30 minutes for someone to help me. There was no hand truck available after I requested and paid for one. There were only 10 furniture pads available after requesting and paying for a dozen. Attendant seemed like he wasn't aware of how to handle the uhaul part is his job.
