So disappointed. My reservation was for a 26’ truck, 3 dozen blankets, and a dolly with a stoop of in spearfish sd. I showed up, they said, “oh, we have some pads, but only 24 and we don’t have a dolly. You have to go to another location and pickup the rest.”. Then it took a long time and they said sorry, we are new and don’t know how to use the system. Then I got in the truck and it only had 1/4 tank of gas. Drove somewhere else for the blankets and dolly, then stopped and put $150 in gas and did my move. Then when I went to go return the truck, they had switch the drop off to some city like 4 hours away on the other side of the state of wy. Very very bad.
