On arrival at our destination, unit 1426 leaked what appeared to be brake fluid onto driveway and the other unit (1261?) leaked rear differential fluid onto the drive way (about 8" in dia. in 6 hours)...Of a new home. Not happy. Reported to Uhaul at drop location and didn't get an attention, not even a "sorry".

RICHARD LTHE STAFF IS ALWAYS POLITE, FRIENDLY AND EFFECIENT. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME THAT THE TRAILOR I RESERVED WAS NOT RETURNED ON TIME BY THE PREVIOUS RENTER, THE STAFF CALLED ME ONE HOUR BEFORE MY SCHEDULED PICKUP TIME TO LET ME KNOW THAT THE TRAILOR WAS NOT GOING TO BE AVAILBLE, SO THAT WE COULD MAKE ALTERNATE ARRANGEMENTS, WHICH WE DID. THIS WAS GREATLY APPRECIATED, AND ALL WORKED OUT WELL
