Requested an appliance dolly all this location could offer was a broken utility dolly or 2 furniture carts. The truck had a broken mirror and a damaged driverside skirt. Both of these issues were a first for me from U-Haul.

Steve LI had to go thru many sites, in luding 1 ninety miles away before getting notice day before pickup. No info anywhere earlier. Original pick up in Grafton, nd i find now is closed. No one knew this.
