30 minutes from the border. Saved $230 USD returning my US origin U-Haul trailer here compared to dropping off at a Canadian location.

kenneth R.Returned on a Sunday, no employees working. Drop off parking was visible, and drop box was easy to spot
Mylon N.When equipment is booked it should be parked out front of the building. I had to walk behind the building in the dark, find my truck, then had to manuever a narrow path out of there. A tanker truck blocked one out, and other vehicles made for a tight path on the other side, all of this being done in the dark. I made it out of there but that's poor service when they know you're coming. They also notified us the morning of that we HAD to pick up the keys by 4 pm that day when I was told I could get them saturday morning with the app. I live 3 hours away, had I not had connections in Cavalier I would've been in a jam. They also charged us twice, once at the reservation and again at the key pick up. The truck was good, but the service was poor.
