The location and staff was excellent. I wish I could say the same for your piss poor website, communication, and your the clueless people (not from Cavalier) who called me and wanted me to drive 2 hrs. each way to pick up and return a trailer. I made a reservation only to be told it wasn't valid more then 2 days out.
