Andy HMy pick up location did not have a spare set of keys. When we contacted the locksmith company they sent us to, they wouldn't give us an eta (30 min or a few hours) until we confirmed payment of $350. We needed to know how long it would take to know if we should unpack the truck to find the key.

Danielle Lwhole drop off experience was a mess - not as much this location but upon pickup we were told we were to go to the Port Washington location and how picky they were known to be and make sure it's clean -so that is where it got dropped off only to get a call stating we had to come back and go to another location or pay $475 - uhaul made changes very last minute on our pickup and then the drop off didn't match our original paperwork either - was very frustrating on an already crazy day
