The door was locked during regular business hours (I have video proof). The U-Hall app was not working properly, would not send the text to me. My phone was not the problem as I was able to use the Internet to find a U-Hall person to call. She was very nice and helpful. I hurt my back trying to move the tow dolly myself because the dingdongs weren't there to help me. I also wasted 50 minutes of my life trying to get the help I needed to do a self return (which I was trying to avoid by going during business hours). I have to rent a car trailer in a month and may look elsewhere. It is a shame because I rent either a dolly or regular car trailer quite often. Maybe something nice is in order?
