Brand new truck. Great service. Only thing I would mention is we were delayed in picking up the truck and didn’t think anything of it until we got there and were told the reservation is canceled after 30 mins if you don’t show up. That is not noted ANYWHERE when you make your reservation so we never imagined it was an issue. Luckily they just redid the reservation and it was fine- but it would have been nice to know that ahead of time and would have changed the way we went about things.
