The uhaul was stuck on an icy patch. I had to pay a random man dropping of his uhaul to tow us out of the parking lot. The LW’s workers were not onsite and difficult to contact. The internet wouldn’t work to upload photos and info for pickup or drop off. It was pretty much a disaster. I have probs rented 10 uhauls to move things throughout my life and this was the most unpleasant. I should not have been charged for the gas tank refill when i was already paying for the 35 miles of travel for the local drive.

this location was very difficult to pick the truck up at. There was no one visible to assist, and no access through the mobile app. I am accustomed to U-Haul locations being user friendly with easy access to the rental. The uhaul site said you had to have the app on a mobile phone to pick up there, this option was not available at pickup. we waited for 10 to 15 minutes waiting for someone to notice us outside.
Keith GI had a little trouble lining up the letters to open the lock but it worked out. I would rent paperless & with no attendant there. Quick & easy
Greg BEmploy competent workers that LISTENS to customer needs and do as requested!!!!! Make sure they listen to pickup location and return location!!! Most importantly! Don’t lie if you don’t know what you are doing, ask questions to have good understanding!!! Thank you
SHEILA SNo one there to assist other than a person that says they can’t help you and that you have to download the App to pick up the vehicle. Plus the location was 10 miles farther that the original pick up spot.
