William WThe uhaul was stuck on an icy patch. I had to pay a random man dropping of his uhaul to tow us out of the parking lot. The LW’s workers were not onsite and difficult to contact. The internet wouldn’t work to upload photos and info for pickup or drop off. It was pretty much a disaster. I have probs rented 10 uhauls to move things throughout my life and this was the most unpleasant. I should not have been charged for the gas tank refill when i was already paying for the 35 miles of travel for the local drive.
KRISTI Rthis location was very difficult to pick the truck up at. There was no one visible to assist, and no access through the mobile app. I am accustomed to U-Haul locations being user friendly with easy access to the rental. The uhaul site said you had to have the app on a mobile phone to pick up there, this option was not available at pickup. we waited for 10 to 15 minutes waiting for someone to notice us outside.
