I received the vehicle with gas empty. I used it for a total of 6 miles so I put in five dollars which is more than enough. I informed the front desk lady and she acknowledged it. I ended up getting charged $27 fuel charge. It is unfair to charge me for your incompetency. I have called three times with no response. I held back on the review hopefully to get some resolution, but I have no response from the company.

The equipment was in great shape and clean. The employee there was extremely helpful, she got me checked into the truck, explained everything perfectly and made it very easy. And then returning the truck was exactly the same, she was there and made the return very easy.
