The location itself was great. Easy to find, easy to locate trucks, easy to retrieve keys. The truck itself was dirty, full of dirt, windshield was full of bugs, an it smelled like weed smoke.. when I picked it up the gas tank was basically empty, like less than 1/8th of a tank.

Location is great but the truck was poor. It was terrible driving it. The steering wheel was very loose , the alignment was off, and the turn radius was terrible.
Cyrus NIf a customer needs to keep a truck longer than expected because of moving complications there should be some kind of discount applied instead of price gouging
JOSHUA KVehicle alignment was off and made the drive very dangerous for my wife, me and my belongings.
