Original pick up location was uhual on 10061 W University Dr McKinney, TX 75071 United States At 5am on 05/11/2026, but the staff failed to leave keys in the truck initially left for me. And after chatting with bots getting no help & finally getting ahold of customer service member over the phone - we were directed to Celina. The truck bed had mud/dirt scattered about + the check engine light was on the dash. I was charged an extra $12 for a furniture dolly that was not provided on the order as well because we had picked up this specific “back up” truck. I really hope the staff at that McKinney location are held responsible and improve their processes.

The Truck 24/7 (after hours) rental process was awful. I had to call customer service on both drop off and pick up because both the app and website for uhaul wasn't processing the responses we were given. It took is 45 minutes to pick up and 30 at drop off. We will not be using this location for this type of rental again.

MARCUS QOur U-haul broke down, and we were still expected to pay the full amount for the rental. We were stuck for two hours and missed some very important appointments. My husband and I are not very happy with our experience.
AMBER JThey did not have the key in the box for pickup and had to wait 50 min for someone to arrive to give me the keys. Also I had to call the support center and speak with app agent named Kevin who was rude initially and did not do anything to resolve the issue. He did not have the option to give me another vehicle that the location had , instead was asking me if he can cancel my reservation. Very bad experience.
