Our U-haul broke down, and we were still expected to pay the full amount for the rental. We were stuck for two hours and missed some very important appointments. My husband and I are not very happy with our experience.
AMBER JThey did not have the key in the box for pickup and had to wait 50 min for someone to arrive to give me the keys. Also I had to call the support center and speak with app agent named Kevin who was rude initially and did not do anything to resolve the issue. He did not have the option to give me another vehicle that the location had , instead was asking me if he can cancel my reservation. Very bad experience.
Khan MThe mobile app online checkin is terrible!!! It doesn’t recognize license or truck pictures. It took me 45min to complete the pick up process and I still want able to upload all the images.
