Picking up the trailer was a breeze. I dropped it off early but still got billed for an extra day even though I called and spoke to a UHAUL Rep because I was unable to get the "app" to work.

The good: Customer service was great and employees very helpful. Truck had a full tank of gas, ran strong and had adequate brakes. The bad: Upon arriving at our destination and opening up the rear cargo door to retrieve my hand-truck, I noticed the interior of the cargo area had a stain on the floor and there was some splatter on the walls. It smelled absolutely terrible as if something had gone rotten inside the cargo area and never been cleaned. I cleaned it myself with a swiffer and some febreeze, however even that did little to fix the smell. It was overwhelming. I noticed employees when I return the vehicle. They were apologetic, but going forward staff really should do a better job of verifying truck conditions upon return, as I was worried (and still am) that my belongings may now have a bad smell stuck to them from being in the back of the truck. Again, otherwise good experience, but the people placing their trust in you for moving their personal belongings should be confident that their clothes and furniture won’t be tainted with a rotten smell from a truck with stains and splatter in the back of it.
Sean RShamus at the Aubuchon Hardware did a very thorough job explaining the process and was very helpful in the hooking up the trailer and making sure I understood everything. Will definitely use them again in the future.
Thomas KOnly issue was the UHaul Corp computer was experencing issues with getting mt reservation on pick up that day.
