The vehicle off at a different location than where I picked it up by the time I got there the facility was closed so I cannot rate the personnel or if I would recommend it to a friend. I did just put a rating in as this program will not let me submit my review without having an answer to those two questions.
Warren LIt is extremely difficult to hook on to a trailer there and backing it in place when returning is a nightmare. The gentleman who took care of my reservation was helpful though.
