Communication need to be improved 10’ truck tire pressure & engine light was on but still renting out to customer. Unacceptable Call U-hal customer service said free upgrade but have to wait couple hrs at store then the 15’ truck never came. Call again U Hal gave me another one for only 2hr instead of 1 day but charge me $40. This was too bad of U Hal 0 star if I could

MARIA MStaff was awesome but seemed to lack knowledge of the trailer. No one said anything about the folding fenders and I damaged the drivers door before I noticed the fenders tipped out for clearance. I was delivering the car to the new owner so it cost me!!!!
