They were not ready for us at the specified time. The truck was full of snow, nearly out of gas and loading area of the truck was not clean. Wish I would have taken a pic of the inside of the truck to show that it was not cleaned out. Even though they were not ready for us, the time to check out was under 15 minutes, so in the end they were able to get us on our way in a reasonable amount of time.
