Erika RThe place i picked up from , Rabbit Box Feed, was great. What was NOT great was showing up on moving day and being told there was no truck for me and I was the THIRD person that morning who had been promised the 20' truck! Uhaul just automatically confirmed our reservations without making sure there was actually a vehicle. I find that wholly unacceptable. Thankfully I was doing a local run so they allowed me to use their only 26' truck which i was not mentally prepared for. The average person does not typically drive such large vehicles and its intimidating. I was very happy the store went above and beyond to get me something, I would have had no way to move since all uhaul places were out of trucks in my area. What a horrible thing to do to someone who is already in a high stress situation! What if I had not been able to get one? What if I had a tight time limit? I will definitely patronize Rabbit Box Feed Store... i will be looking for alternative truck companies for my next need. Very disappointed with Uhaul.
