Great service easy to use
Christopher GBetter process doing hand delivery. My appt for pick up was 8am. The app stated that the mobil was opening at 9am. The mobil was open way before that and the guy at the counter would not release me the key because I didn’t have a code. It was an absolute nightmare just getting the key. 0/10. Would not recommend pick up at this location.
THOMAS MThe app/website needs to be sinchronized with what exactly is available at pickup locations. I purchased items I needed in my move but when I went to pick up my vehicle I’m told they don’t carry those items so I was refunded. But I needed them for the move so that wasn’t ideal.
