Hussane the clerk was very nice. The van was new,clean & ready to go. I only had the van a few hrs but was charged a full day. Also I was charged a 1.00 environmental fee. I returned the van clean & with the correct gas.

While it was a three day rental, I dropped the truck off after 36 hours. I saw no orange drop box for the key, as I had lead to expect, but the guy in the convenience store said I should leave it with him. The e-mail with instructions to take pictures, etc. when dropping off the truck did not arrive until the next day. Not very helpful. I had taken pictures on my own, but the on-line drop off did not work.

I appreciate the Territory Manger "Dan Lasher" working with me. I had called him since my online reservation did not work as I could not process the steps needed online. He took care of me!!! In addition there was a slight delay with person working in the Central Valley mobile station as she was unaware of the rental. I was picking up the van prior to the UHaul manager arriving for the day. Please note she was not the UHaul Manager and was unaware of where the keys were. Dan was able to get her to find the key.

Place a sign where to drop off key Pave the lot, Very Muddy and tight spaced. Gas station customers park in front of entry to lot, had to ask people to move so I could get in. No signage anywhere. Very difficult to back truck out of there, and into an active gas station.

The truck was in horrible condition. There were no mattress pads available. Truck had two broken mirrors.

The truck was in good mechanical condition, however the rear of the truck was dirty. There was some sort of greasy dirt on the floor. I tried sweeping it out, and used a cleaner to get some of the residue off, so I wouldn't track it into the house when unloading. I have a few pictures if you need them. Thanks.......Rich

The uhaul van had no gas it was.on empty, it smelled so bad when i asked for the management the cashier said there wasnt one available i will never use this place again

The van was dirty, had garbage in it. I was handed the keys and directed to find it myself. The low tire pressure light was at the time of pick-up. My confirmation stated $20 for the CDW however I was charged $30 on the contract which I did not receive until I returned home and read that email. When I dropped the van off I was given a phone to discuss the charge with "Chris" who said it would be corrected on the statement with the final amount of rental. It was not. I would no rent from this location again and I will be more diligent if I rent from UHaul again.
