the inside front cabin was not really clean it was ok not really complaining , it was fine but in the past Uhaul wanted to harge me when the cabin was not clean

Truck was filthy. Had to sweep back before putting our furniture in. Full of stones and dirt. Windshield wiper broken (it was pouring), cup holders had coffe stains and hair in them. Didn’t receive dolly we paid for. Guy at Mobil was completely useless.
KIMBERLY DLocation manager doesn’t seem to want business. He insisted that I wouldn’t have to go through him for anything related to uhaul. After 30 min of trying to book it turned out that he was wrong. This is a prime location for uhaul and the poor service can hinder that and ruin uhauls reputation. There are many businesses right down the road; I would not recommend uhaul based on this.
