This was quite literally the worst experience I have ever had with U-Haul in my life. The raggedy truck had transmission issues which slowed us down during our move, staff was very unfriendly & unhelpful (had an attitude & huffed and puffed and rolled her eyes when I asked questions about the rental, rushed me through the process, talked to me like I was stupid, very uninformative), staff lied about gas not being put back into the truck before it was returned, never came out to do an inspection before we left or after we returned it. I could go on & on about what went wrong. I would literally carry my belongings on my back whenever I move again before I ever rent from U-Haul again. Expensive, overpriced TRASH.

The location itself is a slightly odd combination of a convenience store, a wholesale cabinetry, appliance and flooring store, and a U-Haul rental store, but he people that run it are really nice and they bent over backwards to find a solution when the U-Haul national computer system was offline at the time I was trying to pick up my trailer. Service is what it is all about, and they delivered.
CARL APickup was confusing and was charged a cleaning fee even though the Van was returned in the same state I picked it up in.
Grant MI was not pleased with the time it took to rent the dolly, and then the cashier at this location changed my drop off location, to one that was farther from my home, and I believe ended up costing me more for the rental.
ROCKY WI feel that the owner overcharged me.The van I rented was not at a full tank when I received it.Next time I need a rental I will go directly to a uhaul dealership.Ive used uhaul before but never through a second party
