The U-Haul website is absolutely terrible! It crashed on me several times when trying to reserve the trailer I needed. FIX YOUR CRAPPY WEBSITE!!! I HAD THE EXACT SAME TROUBLE WHEN ATTEMPTING TO RENT A TRUCK FOR THE WEEKEND BEFORE! U-HAUL NEEDS AN OVERHAUL IN THEIR I.T. DEPARTMENT IN THE WOST WAY!
