There were no "personnel" there, but it was a pretty simple process to drop it off!

gerald sOwner was extremely friendly and helpful. Had some issue with linking my rental to my Uhaul account and when scanning the return code, my rental wouldn't pull up. Owner said she would handle it as long as I returned the rental back properly and on time. 10/10 would recommend and use again.
