I selected counter pickup as mobile pickups are always a problem in the app and when I showed up the Rep didn't want to assist with a traditional pickup. The app wouldn't allow me to capture photos at pickup of the equipment so I couldn't complete the proper check out procedure. If you want to be a U-Haul rental shop it shouldn't just be because you have a spot to park trucks. Make them learn to do the job or don't let them be a pickup location.
