The men working there had no clue what they were doing. I got charged for 80 miles BEFORE my trip started. When I returned the van that man was no longer working and the other guy said they would correct it today when he came in to work. I only drove 69 miles. You still charged me for 80. I walked away feeling ripped off and dissatisfied with the whole experience. I will go to an actual Uhaul facility from now on. Don't use a gas station for pickup when no one is trained on how to do the Uhaul transaction!
