Our contractor was late, so we were late getting the truck. We had a reservation for 10-4, got there @11:45 and never got anything saying that we had a 15 minute window to get the truck picked up. Standing out there in the hot sun, it was over 102, no shade trying to get a hold of customer service. 30 minutes later, finally got truck, agent said to make sure we left key and lock when we were done. I said is that all we need to do and she said yes. Before we returned truck, my husband pulled into gas station to fill back up, I said wait, let me read what we need to do. Nothing was ever said about filling truck back up, figured it was in the 1.39 per mile were paying. You should have sticker saying if it's not filled up to where you started, you will be charged!!! You have stickers about not tampering with odometer. After returning and getting the outrageous receipt, we are furious!! We could of hired two men movers cheaper and not had a heat stroke!!! Called customer service, Kevin Ward was suppose to call within 3 business days and of course didn't happen!! Our reference #5932773 is our customer action file.

Truck had check engine light on and did not run very good. Mileage is outrageous considering the base fee plus mileage and fuel. Should not be paying 1.37 a mile and fuel
