We had reserved the truck for 8am and got a call the day before that the truck had not been prepped and we would have to wait until the office was open at 9:30 to pick-up. Since we had movers scheduled at 9 this was a problem. Then, when we got there, we were told they open at 9 and we could have picked it up then.

Excellent customer service employees

Very confusing as to where to drop trailer after hours (Sunday) Signs all over the parking lot not to drop units there. Gate to back lot is locked. Finally just dropped it in front of the store where it said not to do so.

Every time I call 1-800-GO-UHAUL it takes a minimum of 30 minutes or more to get to someone.

I was disappointed that this location was completely self service in that I had to unhitch trailer myself. As a result I got grease and oil on my pants. I would not have chosen this as a drop off point if I had known this.

The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely reccomend her to others moving in the area and will return to her the next time I move

I dropped off a truck at night, and it was not easy to see the signs where to go since this is a person-free location. I loved the convenience of the self-return process and the location of this U-Haul site. My only suggestion is to have better signage on the street.

Son lives in Summerville SC and Uhaul rep in Summerville would not allow them to drop off at the closer location. They had to drive 35 minutes near Charleston
