The hardest part on both ends was your app and automated pick up and drop off system. They were very, very slow. The process of the pictures and info was easy, but moving between pages was crazy slow. Plus, it all but forced me to set up an account, but I didn’t need one. There was a way to do it, but not even the helpline was not able to tell me. I finally figured it out, but it was still slooooow.
