This place didn’t let me know that they were closing because of the snow and even called the “call this number if closed during store hours” and no one answered when I called multiple times!

I registered for a counter pick up. When I got there, it is only mobile pick up. I had to call U-Haul and have them switch it. It took over 35 minutes to pick the truck up when I left with the truck there was no heat in the truck. The heat never worked at all.
