Wonderful manager and staff. I was having a very difficult time with my move and they were sympathetic, extremely helpful, and made everything easier on me. It was exactly the treatment I needed at that time. I will definitely be recommending them to everyone I meet. I appreciate their kindness and respect. I have a lot of respect for both the manager and the employee who helped me directly. He's not from our country originally, and English isn't his first language, but we managed to communicate just fine. Uhaul should train everyone to be like this franchise.

This place didn’t let me know that they were closing because of the snow and even called the “call this number if closed during store hours” and no one answered when I called multiple times!
Christina FI registered for a counter pick up. When I got there, it is only mobile pick up. I had to call U-Haul and have them switch it. It took over 35 minutes to pick the truck up when I left with the truck there was no heat in the truck. The heat never worked at all.
