The people on the inside did their job but the guy on the outside was not helpful. I have never rented an U-Haul and he told me how to do it but come on it took me 8 min to find the truck when it would have have took him a min. I wouldn’t go back, plus the gas hand didn’t add up and I am looking at this bill and the lady told me that I have a credit on my account. I barley even used the truck I drove only 4 miles that’s not including leaving the U-Haul place and taking the truck back.

Nothing everything was easy and quick.



Everything went well the truck drove great. There is just one thing I didn't understand. I really turned the truck back in early and it said on the invoice on my email that if you bring it back early this would reduce the price in mileage. Well it didn't for me unless I read it wrong . Could you please clarify this for me I would appreciate it thanks.

The price quoted online and in the confirmation call was not what I received for the equipment needed. The car tow was not available, and I had to go to a whole other location and pay and extra almost $200 to get the tow that was supposed to be in the pricing that was confirmed. The c/s rep. at the desk did not tell me this until AFTER I swiped my card, which left me no option to choose another service and have to accept the equipment at hand.The tow was faulty and I took a great using it at all, because it was very rusted and I had to get help from my neighbors to get it to open at all with some WD-40. The truck rented sounded like it had an engine problem and would get stuck between gears very often, but I had no choice to use it, because I was scheduled to leave the state and I had already given up my house. This was very poor c/s, very poor service, and very poor equipment. I have used U-Haul many times before, and by far this was the worst experience I've had. I feel that I deserve at least half of my money back for this .... THAT IS FAIR!

Personal engagement from the owner when I approached her regarding time constrictions (getting the truck back before the 8:00 closing). She advised me that there was a 24 hr drop off explained on the rental agreement. We did not need that since we returned the truck before closing, but that information was good to know for our next rental.



I wish the drop off could have been near Monroe, NC.

I rented a pickup online and when I went to pick it up this morning and a women that worked the day shift I don’t know her name but her picture was on the U-Haul site, I asked her something and she responded me with an attitude and I told her that I was the client and if she can please treat me with respect then she told me “I don’t care if you’re the client” she said it in a disrespectful way and with discrimination, I don’t know how people like her work to serve clients.
