only issue was the drop off site location was very far away and not what I had suggested. I went inside to ask if I could change and they said they couldn't do it but gave me an 800 #. I called that number and they were upset with the pick up location office people saying they should have done it because the people on the phone couldn't. Was quite a hassle.They finally gave me another number to call who helped me
drop box needs to be marked clearer. It's just a slit in the glass, with no markings. Not anything like the pic for dropbox on website.

Had issue when returning truck - my location was not found even though I confirmed that my phone had location setting turned on. So we weren't able to do that check I , and it was somewhat difficult to find the key drop area. I would suggest that the customer be provided with manual return instructions in case the mobile check-in doesn't work.
Both facilities I picked up and dropped off at were very helpful and professional. I am frustrated with the lack of communication from the representative over the phone that I spoke with. He quoted me at $108 (truck plus dolly with no insurance) but the place I picked up from had me at $150 (I'm guessing truck, dolly, insurance). I ended up going with it, but I just didn't like that that was added without my consent. Also, I was told that I could drop off the truck at any location, but when I went to the one closest to me, they told me I didn't have a reservation with them. They ended up taking it in, but again, the communication between the company and the customer could be a lot better.

What a terrific crew! There were issues with my wiring harness and everyone immediately worked to resolve it as fast as possible. They even called in a supervisor who drove all the way over from another Uhaul store to trouble shoot and then replace my wiring harness. His kindness, wit, and expertise made a stressful experience much easier for me.
Check in was super easy with advanced online check in and great customer service from the three different employees interacted with.

work with your customers better. got a van used it 20 miles, lost key, charged $160, found 2 days later. still got charged for the 2 days of no use.
This location failed to check all of the customer's information on the contract and I am getting all of that customer's emails and contract-related information!
Try to put plastic up at the register instead of boxes to protect the employees and the customer. That way the customer does not have to throw their ID or credit card to the employee and vise versa.
rented a 6x12 open trailer, it was great except did not have a jack on it for the tongue. Im a pretty strong guy so it was not a big deal to lift it to the hitch but in my opinion a customer shouldnt have to do that.

The only suggestions that I can think of is, MAKE SURE YOU DO WHATEVER IT TAKES TO RETAIN THE EMPLOYMENT OF LILIAN (hope I got her name correct), LANAUTICA WILLIAMS and ERIC SEAMAN. I read the reviews before I rented at that location and I was not impressed. I was pressed for time so I gave it a shot. I was sooo glad I did. The customer service from the three of them was amazing. They were polite, fun and very knowledgeable. Know that they are reason I am making the UHAUL Farm Pond on Albermarle Rd my go to rental location
