Only draw back is it was a Sunday and they only had two employees at the site. It was very busy and the two young ladies were doing a wonderful job. My original rental was at the Independence and Harris Location. The guy was very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. He attacked me verbally and was loud talking. I am an African-American Male being disrespected by one of your employees in that matter is unacceptable. I calmly left and was very angry and upset. Someone really needs to look into this before he does that to the wrong person.

I called to let them know , I would need the truck longer. The young lady who answered said she would note it in the system but she did not. So the gentleman who had no idea. Even if this was the call center they should have made a note in my account. Other than that they were wonderful. Much better than the location on independence!!!!!!

If your U-Box container(s) do not arrive at our destination U-Haul location on or before your guaranteed arrival date, we guarantee a $50 refund (per order) per day the delivery is late. My U-Box arrived at 10,8 mile farther U-Haul Moving & Storage of Farm Pond at 6216 Albemarle Rd, Charlotte, NC 28212 on Tuesday, November 07, 2017. everything was good until i had to call three or four different times just to see if my wallet was left (indeed i did leave my wallet) i her back I'm guessing they had no appointment sop when i walked in the door and waited a whole i said hello. ... the lady in The back said hello back mocking but never came out. i had to wait until the clerk got out of the bathroom before i could ask if my wallet was left. .. but good thing they did not have a appointment because after the clerk finished my business and apparently didn't check The desk because my wallet was still sitting next to the card machine

My overall experience at my local UHAUL dealer was fine - the Express check-in app was great, the vehicle was clean and well maintained and vehicle return was fast - the only issue I had was when my daughter met me at my local UHAUL to pick me up she accidentally ran over the low curb turning into the UHAUL dealer and didn't see what appeared to be part of metal chair legs in their parking lot that got caught under her car that required us to call AAA and wait for a wrecker service to come jack up her car and remove it - I know it was a freak accident and it is sometimes hard to keep a parking lot picked up but it would help to have someone at the UHAUL dealer make regular checks to be sure their parking lot is clean.
