I love this location. While I lived in Charlotte this is the only location I would use. Very professional and nice people. They have always accommodated my needs. Even if I make changes last minute.

Satya SThe overall experience was good. I was over two hours late for my scheduled reservation, but there was still a truck available. The rep was so nice and professional. He made the process very easy for me and my family. The only negative is the parking situation as they also repair cars on that lot.
