Overcharged on mileage I never did, and still waiting to hear from supplier. Uhaul sent me to a different location, reserved for 9am..place wasnt open until 10am. Guy was nice at the subsidiary place; but I only used the vehicle for 1.5 hours but was over charged for 37 miles I did not drive. I am still waiting for the company to let me know the final outcome. Said no one was on their schedule, but I got a confirmation call and email. Had to go in and find the key myself. Booked it for 2 days, brought it back early, but still had to pay for 2 days (because it was 2 hours after the 24 hours). And I think I was overcharged mileage
