24729761 Hi, I booked a 20ft truck this saturday may 23, I selected Drummondville Qc as pick up point and Victoriaville Qc as return point. In the morning at the pick up point they told me Victoriaville Uhaul was closed permanently. I had to return it in Thetford mines Qc to avoid paying extra mileage...! I would never have chose U haul if I knew that Victoriaville uhaul was closed! Plus, I had to drive with the truck and an other person's car to Thetford mines. We both wasted 2 hours driving and 2hours of gas to go there and come back. I want a refund for the 100$ gas I wasted to go to Thetford mines. And you also charged me with 6 extra miles!!! Why would I pay that knowing that I went to Thetford mines only because of you! Wtf I want a refund for the gas and all the time I wasted as soon as possible! Thank you

The location is in poor state of repair. The equipment were parked in muddy areas. Valcourt Vtt was closed when we dropped off the trailer. We did not get to interact with staff.
