Everything went smoothly at Andy’s Party Store where I picked up the trailer .Some hiccups with online ordering had to be handled with one of your agents by phone. However I was notified my order had been cancelled. So I had to call again to reinstate the order.

DAVID FLockbox to pick up keys is not by the front door as indicated in the pick up instructions. It is near the gas pumps. Key slot on drop off box is too thin to receive some of the keys (at least the one I had). Had to really shove the key in the slot.
