DONNA DWe ordered blankets and they were not available. We were told the location requested them, but the regional manager ignored the requests.
J pMake sure that they do not double book a vehicle. I had reserved a specific truck that was cheaper and I got there at the specified time. There was no vehicle yet and was told the vehicle was still out if they would be back shortly if I wanted to wait. Well I waited like 40 minutes and the person never came. So the worker suggested I take the bigger truck at the more cost. I did because I just needed to get my move done.
