The staff and equipment were an absolute pleasure to work with from start of move to end. However, the app, the reservation process, the mobile return, the digital automated communication was absolute shit. The extremely poor and unintuitive digital interaction with U-haul.com added layers of frustration to an already stressful moving situation. The ONLY reason I will use U-Haul again is the kind and incredibly accommodating staff at every step (who all validated my experience with knowing and emphatic nods of agreement. Booooo!

I feel I was charged too much. One, the guy who helped me didnt tell me the price of the truck nor any other charges. I called to ask of charges out of my account he told me he'd call me right back after looking and never did. I also asked if I needed a hour extra was that possible? He told me he'd find out. Never told me anything I called again and he told he didnt know that info I was very careful and cleaned out my truck. Asked if we could do a look over he took the keys and said he'd do it later and walked away. I felt in the dark on all of it and way more then I wanted to spend on the use. I only know after that it was so high after bill was posted to my email. I wish he would of expland priceing of what It was going to be charged. I actully thought I was useing a $19 doller truck. I didnt know it was a $29.00 truck again was not told.I ask and thought it was your smallest truck so I thought it was a $19. I had been a pretty loyal customer of u haul for a long time. I think i might go else were after today from now on with the way this went. Again I'm irratated I paid over $170.for fees not explaned or shaired from the beginning. Even though I asked over and over. Just feel I was over charged.
