However, the app, the reservation process, the mobile return, the digital automated communication was absolute shit. The extremely poor and unintuitive digital interaction with U-haul.com added layers of frustration to an already stressful moving situation. The ONLY reason I will use U-Haul again is the kind and incredibly accommodating staff at every step (who all validated my experience with knowing and emphatic nods of agreement. Booooo!
