Don't force an upgrade to a larger truck or give out a rental with an 1/8 tank of gas. The $17 credit for me having to leave the truck at a 1/4 tank of gas was rather inadequate.

Duane SI rent a trailer several times per year. This is my preferred rental location even though it’s not the closest to my house. They are super helpful and the check-in/check-out process is much faster than other U-Haul dealers around.
Robert WVery easy drop off. Only took a few minutes to unhook the trailer and he took care of the rest without needing paperwork.
