Have a question about our last uhaul rental, about 3 weeks ago. Since that time, my husband has not been able to find his key to our Chrysler van. The uhaul was rented from and returned to the Duncan location. We wondered today if he had left his key bog in that van, and someone stuffed in a desk drawer? Does that location have a lost and found ?

Robert WWell that would be have the truck I booked where I booked it. In Duncan not Chemainus. I put 20 klms on the truck driving to pick it up in another town. This caused extra milage charges on my bill. Also my no furniture dollies at either location. Claire at the Chemainus location was great by the way.
JEFFREY BClaire went above and beyond. She was very attentive and very propmt on exicuting me getting out on a timely fashion. I highly recommend this location.
