Uhaul is very disorganized. They didn't have the truck we reserved 2x and it was late. Had to change the pick up location last minute. That truck wasn't working. And then the people dropping off our truck were very late and Noone communicated with us. Won't be using uhaul again.

MICHAEL TThis was the smoothest unit pick up and drop off that I’ve ever had with a rental business. Easy online reservation and check in. Took 10 minutes to pick up and 5 minutes to drop off. Great experience. I’ll definitely use there services again.
Stephen MThe pickup itself went so smoothly and Claire was lovely. I requested a truck pickup in Victoria and was told 2 days before I had to drive to Chemainus to pick it up. I don’t have a car. I asked UHaul if they could move the truck to Victoria and they said no. I asked if they could pay for me to take a cab and they said no. I was very disappointed with this service and will not be booking with UHaul for my next move.
