The pickup itself went so smoothly and Claire was lovely. I requested a truck pickup in Victoria and was told 2 days before I had to drive to Chemainus to pick it up. I don’t have a car. I asked UHaul if they could move the truck to Victoria and they said no. I asked if they could pay for me to take a cab and they said no. I was very disappointed with this service and will not be booking with UHaul for my next move.

Claire at the chemainus location was a very pleasant help...I never used U-Haul before this but she was super welcoming and thorough and I will be recommending this location to others and will use it when necessary again...she was top knotch service quick and painless!!
