What an amazing experience. Clair was calm and friendly and very helpful when moving can be a very stressful experience. I was able to upgrade last minute no problem. She has the option to drop off where she does the rest as well. charming little space it's at. Highly recommend for anyone in the area ❤️
Denise DAbsolutely nothing. Claire listened to all my concerns, was extremely knowledgeable about different routes & road closures that may require long detours and therefore more mileage. She has superior customer relations skills and was very efficient writing up & explaining my contract.
Thelma YI've used UHaul quite a few times over the years and it often involved frustration. This was, by far, the best experience I've had from start to finish.
