How U-Haul Reviews WorkI would recommend that this location receive a newer updated truck. I would be surprised if the vehicle that I rented would actually pass a DOT inspection. The transmission gearing in the vehicle is not up to par as it felt very loose and unable to smoothly transition through gears. The travel of the vehicle at highway speeds was frightening as the suspension has you back and forth struggling to stay within the lane. Glad I paid extra for the “insurance” in case it caused damage to itself. Also I believe that this location would benefit from a newer model. They may be more inclined to have pride and take better care of a newer model if given the chance. This model was very dusty and was unable to get appropriate assistance to get the windshield clean before departure. Sure hope they start stocking Windex at that Hardware Store. Best of luck!
