NICHOLAS MIn general, the trailer pick up, was great, just an inconvenience that didn’t foresee, the hitch ball, I had on my hitch was not the size the Uhaul trailer takes, it would be great to know the correct ball size in advance, but other than that, my experience renting a trailer from Uhaul, was great, Special thanks to Josh from action true value hardware
