Rep did a walk around before I left, he asked about any issues. I pointed out a tire strap was frayed and about 1" shorter than the other one. He made a note of it. Note to Uhaul...tires and rims on cars are larger, increase the length of the tire straps. No issue with turn in, would reccomend this location.
JAMES SI didnt encounter anyone but there were signs and instructions making the drop off process very simple.
